When buying meat by the side/whole, you then customize how your meat is cut. Steak thickness, roast size, and burger patties or bulk, is up to you. We often have customers split 1/4's with family to save money!
Hanging weight is total of the beef before processing.
We chose T.L. Keller Meats to handle all your processing, Basic processing cost starts at $1.09/lb and increases with some options including burger patties, brined brisket, hot dogs, or smokies.
You can expect as much as 66% of the hanging weight as delivered product. With our high quality vacuum seal you protect your investment for up to 12 months in the freezer! Less waste means less cost overall.
